An energizing and dynamic practice that synchronizes body movement with breathing using flowing sequences of postures, varying in each class, that are designed as moving meditations with the intention of releasing tensions and bringing more awareness to the present moment.


With this aim, during my Vinyasa classes I always like to offer the possibility of exploring some breathing exercises to clear the mind and start focusing on the practice. We begin the session with a nice and gentle warm up consisting of free intuitive movements and Sun Salutations that are followed by some fluid breathing-led sequences to really tune in to your body and mind, finding your own pace.


All classes slow down to a more relaxing phase, bringing the body down to the earth for a more grounded consciousness before leaving the mat.


Whether you are new to Yoga or already into it, props and modifications will be provided each and every time to let everyone enjoy the experience.
